PROJECT OVERVIEW

When we met with this client, he had only one goal in mind: to find a suitable investor for his vacant land. So, we had to come up with a strategy and plan on how to catch the interested of potential investors.

First of all, we had to make a website that displays the property in real-time, showcase the possible construction development project on the land and put all the information regarding the land itself.

Afterward, we had to connect with the audience through social media.

In the end, we suggested an email campaign as a medium to reach out directly to potential investors.

THE RESEARCH

To present the vacant land in its best light, we have to display high definition photographs on the website. So, we proposed that drone photographs were taken from the landscape.

Also, there were different photos of the planned project, so we could also use them on the website.

We proposed to the client to put an accent on the “green land”, because of the recent pollution problems in the client’s city.

We also figured it would be important to add the proximity of important objects/locations to the land of interest.

As for the email campaign, we had to make extensive research on big investment companies.

THE SOLUTION

The finished website is comprehensive, well structured and responsive. It is well optimized and displays full definition photos as well as videos from the land and master plan.

We put an accent on the “green land” because we believe it has a moral and responsible perspective.

The proximity of all important roads and locations are also included.

We’ve also managed the e-mail campaigns, where we have sent around 250 e-mails, with a 25% open rate success.
